Orillia Square Mall takes great pride in supporting its community.  As a service to the area, Orillia Square Mall does not charge local registered charitable/non-profit organizations.

Kindly complete this form to enable Orillia Square Mall to process your request and confirm a date.  Once your request has been approved, a License agreement will be sent to the contact person listed below.  Please note that space will be granted on first-come, first-served basis.  In addition, Orillia Square Mall reserves the right to refuse any request which it deems in conflict with the best interests of our merchants for shopping centre.

A Certificate of Insurance (Minimum of $5 Million Liability Insurance) is required to be submitted with a fully executed agreement please see the requirements below:

All successful applicants will be required to complete and submit a post event analysis supplied by Orillia Square Mall/CT REIT.
